Selling a home can be an intimidating task. One major task is being informed about Pricing Your House Correctly. Using one of our reports makes this much easier. After you give us some information about your house, we will create a report that will include all sales in your neighborhood (or similar neighborhoods) and similar houses. And it will be in an easily understood format. You should be better informed about the price range of your house (and if the agent wanting to list it is correct). The cost is $50.00 per report.
