Buying a home is a major financial decision. So you don’t want to
make a drastic mistake. Using one of our reports should help you
avoid that situation. We do not have actual listings on our site
so you would have to click on another site to find houses that are
For Sale (try one of our subscribing brokers). What we include in
our reports is timely information about similar houses that have
already sold. This is the very same type information that appraisers
use when doing an appraisal.
After you give us some information about what and where you think
you are interested in, we will create a report that will include
all pertinent information about recent sales in the same or similar
neighborhoods which include similar type houses. All in an easily
understood format. You should be better informed about the area and
what you might expect to pay for your new home. The cost is $50.00
per report.
