Our reports will assist you in completing a current and knowledgeable Competitive
Market Analysis (CMA). This is particularly true for properties that are not
located in an active market area or neighborhood. We will create a report that
will reflect historic market activity in the subject’s area, in similar areas
and will include properties with similar utility and features. Your potential
clients will be impressed with the comprehensiveness of your report. This usually
is especially appreciated when dealing with a Relocation Company. The cost
is $50.00 per report.

Do you need Farm Area (your special residential area) information? We can create
a report that will tell you all about every property therein. We have meaningful
information about most neighborhoods in the city and close-in suburban areas.

Of course, you or your office is eligible to be a regular subscriber for our
monthly Market Reports. If an office subscribes, all agents may use these reports.
However there are restrictions on sharing this information with others. Please
