Services for Appraisers
Residential Appraisers should benefit by using our regularly published
(monthly) Market Book which is available on a rental basis for the
occasional assignment in this market. Judd’s Office Supply on St
Clair Mall is the convenient place to get it. The cost is $50.00
per subject property. If you anticipate regular assignments in this
market, you might consider a regular subscription.

Commercial Appraisers generally require special reports based on
the specifics of the subject property. Usually a report with similar
improved properties plus one that includes similar sites are necessary.
Often, depending upon the subject property, the reports will include
information from several years back (this being a small market for
many specific type properties). Most reports can be generated
very quickly. The cost for both reports (improved comps & site
comps) is usually $150.00 per subject property. A specific quote
will be made if you need something other than these standard reports.
