Housing Data
Housing which can include both new & existing Single Family Dwellings (SFD) and vacant building sites, usually represent the majority of all deeds recorded. Certainly housing makes up the largest segment of real estate in Frankfort and Franklin County (most are detached dwellings but some are attached). And since the majority of people live (or desire to live) in a Single Family Dwelling, it is the part of the market that usually is of most interest.
We are attempting to show some basic statistics regarding general characteristics of the Housing Market. More advanced information will be available in the future for those choosing to become subscribers or it is currently available for those choosing to purchase a special report (See Services section for further information).
